For Breuninger’s Luxus 2023 campaign, I worked with Onshore Studio under the art direction of Hugo Richel, creating and animating a series of flowers.

I designed the flowers, then modelled and rigged their petals together before building the blooming animations with KineFX. The hardest part was making the rigs and the opening motion feel right. In the more populated scenes, two or three animated variations are scattered with offset timing, so the result is less uniform.

I also designed the plants’ textures, from natural petal surfaces to animated concentric patterns and crystalline graphic effects. The assets and animations went to Onshore for final rendering.
